    Pilates Instructor

    Janna Studied pilates at Vitality Pilates in Seattle, she received her certification through the PMA in February of 2010. She has continued her pilates training with workshops with Master teacher Dorothee VandeWalle, Karen Clippinger, and Tom Wisely. She also holds a level one certification in TRX, and received certification through Sebastien Lagree for SPX Method. Janna believes that Pilates can add quality to all facets of your life. Her goal with each client is for them to feel better leaving than when they walked in the door.

    Pilates Instructor

    Movement has always been an important part part of Kate's life. Growing up in Belarus she was a competitive gymnast and later a dancer. In 1997 she started her career as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and was fascinated by The Pilates method. While working on her master's degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science she completed her first certification as a Pilates teacher in 2000. Kate went on to work with professional athletes in the post rehabilitation field, enabling them to return to their sport with better performance and less pain. In 2007, Kate moved to the United States to be closer to family and completed a comprehensive Pilates Certification through Body Arts and Science International® in NYC (2008) In 2015 she relocated to the West Coast and joined Club Pilates. Cultivating a comfortable and supportive environment is important to Kate. She aims to help correct her clients imbalances, while giving them a great workout, leaving them feeling lengthened and strong. Kate believes that Pilates is for everybody and that it can make a huge impact on all daily activities improving balance, alignment and health.

    Lead Instructor

    Jen has been a part of the fitness world for over 7 years. She was trained at the well respected Stott Pilates Certified Body Center Studios, where she was able to apply her passion for fitness combined with her intrigue of anatomy and movement. Jen is driven to help each client achieve their optimal goal. Laughter and empathy fuel her passion for teaching.

    Master Trainer

    Ashleigh has over 15 years of teaching experience. She opened her own Pilates studio at the age of 26 and is a certified Master Trainer. She is a certified Nutrition coach and due to her extensive training in the fitness industry, she utilizes various methods of movement in all of her sessions: Barre, TRX, Trigger Point, and more. Ashleigh enjoys helping people improve their strength, sports performance, and overall health and flexibility. She is dedicated to improving the well being of those around her and finds great passion in mentoring new instructors. Her attention to detail and performance quality will keep you on your toes no matter what level you obtain. As a former figure skater her background builds on the quality of grace, strength and perfection. Ashleigh believes Pilates is the Fountain-of-Youth for an aging body and the best thing an athlete can do as a cross performance exercise.

    Pilates Instructor

    Kari began practicing Pilates in the early nineties, after studying ballet and dance throughout her childhood. Through Pilates Kari began to experience the benefits of strengthening the body from the inside out. Her core began to become stronger and she found herself with more endurance and balance, being able to hold positions with much less effort. She knew then she was truly experiencing the benefits of Pilates. In 2009 Kari received her certification from Vitality Pilates in Seattle and began teaching in 2010. Her new found passion for Kiniseology and body mechanics was just beginning. Throughout her teaching career, she has independently studied various forms of human anatomy, attended several workshops, including a cadaver lab at Bastyr University, and has worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant helping people rehabilitate from chronic pain. Kari has become an asset to the Pilates industry. Her classes are educational, inspiring, challenging and fun! She has an eagle eye for proper form and alignment. Kari teaches a variety of classes from beginning to advanced and can offer many variations or modifications to assist people in accomplishing their goals. For the new Pilates student, Kari suggests that they be patient and open minded in the beginning as learning how to retrain the body can take time but the benefits are real. Kari is a Seattle native. She and her husband love to explore the PNW with their two rescued dogs. She also has four cats and is a lover of animals. Kari also studied art, creative writing and music in college.

    Pilates Instructor

    Wendy started teaching Pilates at CP Redmond in the summer of 2018. She is a graduate of the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. Her favorite classes to teach are Flow, Control, Suspend, and Cardio Sculpt. Wendy's focus is on functional movement and helping people create a strong core for life, work, and play. As someone that used to sit at a desk in a high-tech environment Wendy understands the physical challenges of a sedentary job. She enjoys helping people move their bodies to create good movement patterns and build core strength. Wendy's background includes Olympic weight lifting, Crossfit and Dance (Scottish, Tap, Ballet, & Belly Dancing). To spice things up, she loves to incorporate dance moves into classes. When not in the studio, Wendy is out hiking, snowshoeing, and in the garden. She is an avid crafter and the caretaker of her family geneology records.
