CJ

CJ brings a strong background in Technology and Program Management, with a focus on Kids & Family Safety. A life-long Woodinville native, CJ is proud to be raising his two boys in the community alongside his wife, Tina. As a fellow parent, he is deeply committed to creating a safe, trustworthy environment where every child feels protected and supported each day. Outside of work he enjoys baking, wood working, and video games.
Shauna

Shauna opened The Goddard School in Redmond Ridge on February 25, 2008. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in Special Education with a minor in Psychology. She returned to City University to receive a Master's Degree in Reading Literacy. As a teacher and mother of two, she is dedicated to providing a nurturing educational environment in which each individual gains the confidence to explore and discover their world. She strives to offer the BEST Early Childhood Program around the Redmond area. She lives in the Redmond Ridge community with her husband Jeff and their 2 amazing children.
Tina

Tina has been with Goddard as a Teacher since 2011, as a Director since 2014, and now On-Site Franchise Owner! Tina is a life-long native of the area and is excited to raise her young boys in the same place she grew up. She has a degree in both Science and Education, from the University of Washington. It is an honor, a privilege, and a tremendous responsibility to care for children, and that is why she is excited for the opportunity to continue to provide the community with a premium Early Childhood Education experience.

Haley

Haley joined the team at The Goddard School on December 20th, 2021. She has over 10 years of experience working with children in various capacities. She currently holds an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Bellevue College and she is currently a student with Washington State University, working towards her BA in Human Development. Ms. Haley previously taught here at The Goddard School between 2014 - 2017. She loves providing engaging activities and teachable moments to the children every day. Her favorite color is green and Fall is her favorite season because she loves watching the pretty the leaves falling and the temperature is perfect. She enjoys fishing, hiking, hunting and gardening in her spare time.
Kyla

Kyla joined The Goddard School - Redmond Ridge on July 17th, 2023. She has over 8 years of Teaching experience and holds a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys working with children because she loves showing children that they matter! She also loves seeing children learn from each other. Her favorite time of year is the Fall because she loves Fall sports and the beautiful leaves. Outside of work she enjoys cycling, reading, soccer, and playing with her cat.
Sharon

Sharon joined The Goddard School – Redmond Ridge on June 14th 2021. She holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education, a B.A. in Business and an M.B.A. from Baylor University. She has over 15 years of experience working in Early Childhood with a wide variety of age groups and positions. She admires children’s fresh look on the world and their optimism. She also relishes their sense of wonder and building them up to be confident learners and good people of the world. Her favorite part about teaching is helping a child making a new connection. Fall is her favorite time of year because it is harvest time and a time to be thankful for the abundance of the Earth. She loves the smells, the change of weather, farms, and the colors! Outside of work, Sharon enjoys walking outdoors, gardening, reading and learning.

Alex

Alex has been a Goddard Teacher since 2024! She has a background working with Toddlers and Preschool age students, and is excited to connect with the students and families in her classroom. She enjoys working with children because she enjoys seeing how unique and special each child is in their own way. She loves the colors of the leaves in the Fall and the cool brisk air. Outside of work she enjoys working on cars, going on rides/drives and spending time with family.
Bilal

Bilal has been a Goddard Teacher since 2023! He has 3+ years of experience teaching all ages. He is currently working on his Psychology & Early Care & Education degree at the University of Washington. His favorite part about working with children is every moment he gets to spend with them. His favorite part about teaching is learning through the interactions he gets to have with children and co-workers. Outside of work he enjoys off-roading and reading.
Debashree

Deb has been a Goddard Teacher since 2019! She is currently pursuing her Child Development Associates Degree. She has an 8-year-old daughter of her own and she has volunteered frequently at her Elementary School. She loves interacting with children and she enjoys encouraging children to explore! Spring is one her favorite seasons because there are flowers everywhere, longer days, and warmer weather. Outside of work, hiking, photography, baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
Johanna

Johanna has been a Goddard teacher since 2025! She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She has over 7+ years of experience working with children. Her favorite part about working with children is getting to watch them explore their world, learn new things, and answering their many questions. The best part about teaching for Johanna is getting to build relationships with the children in her care and their families too! Winter is her favorite season because of the Holidays and the chance to see family. Outside of work Johanna enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her children.
Kayla

Kayla has been a Goddard Teacher since 2022! She is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Lake Washington Institute of Technology and has 4+ years of experience working with children in a variety of capacities. She enjoys working with children because she loves watching them grow and develop into their own person. Her favorite part about teaching is seeing how interested and curious the kids are in what they are learning. Her favorite time of year is Fall because of the beautiful colors of the trees and the cozy atmosphere. Outside of work, she enjoys adventuring outside in nature, drawing, swimming, and singing.
Mara

Mara has been a Goddard Teacher since 2023! She is currently pursuing a degree in Education with the University of Arizona. She has 5+ years of experience working with children in various capacities. Her favorite part about teaching is getting to learn alongside the children, getting to watch them learn and grow. Meghan

Meghan has been a Goddard Teacher since 2023! She has 4+ years of experience teaching and holds an Early Childhood Education degree from the University of Washington. She enjoys working with children because they are filled with so much wonder and joy, and she enjoys seeing the world through their eyes. Her favorite part about teaching is getting to help each child pursue their interests and then seeing their joy when they have succeeded. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys reading, videogames, swimming, and D&D. Fall is her favorite season because she likes the cool air and colorful leaves.
Nandini

Nandini has been a Goddard Teacher since 2024! She holds a degree in Education and has over 8+ years of experience working with children. She enjoys working with children because of their sweet hugs and smiles, and because of her ability to make a difference in their lives. Her favorite part about teaching is the learning experience that she is able to pass along to the children and her own growth as a teacher over time. Her favorite time of year is Fall & Winter because there is so much to celebrate. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, road trips, learning new skills, hosting parties and events, and cooking.

Nicole has been a Goddard Teacher since 2016! She has 8+ years of experience working with children. She loves working with children because she enjoys encouraging and watching them learn new things and seeing them achieve such great milestones! He enjoys working with children because of their enthusiasm and humorous antics. His favorite movie is Disney's Hercules and his favorite time of year is Autumn because of the falling leaves and gloomy weather. Her favorite part of teaching is getting to experience how children learn and grasp new concepts. She enjoys working with children because she gets to watch each child grow into their own personality. Her favorite time of year is Springtime because her birthday is in the spring and there are so many fun colors! When she is not at work, Sayana enjoys hanging out with friends & family, painting, and baking cookies.
Shanyce

Shanyce has 5+ years of experience teaching in the ECE field, and she also is pursuing her degree. She enjoys working with children because she loves watching them learn and grow. Her favorite part about teaching is the arts and crafts! Outside of work, Shanyce enjoys swimming, paddle boarding, family time, reading, and watching movies.
Sonja

Sonja has been a Goddard Teacher since 2022! Sonja has previous experience working with child in childcare settings and babysitting. She is also currently taking Early Childhood Education courses. Her favorite part about working with children is getting to watch them grow so fast - right before your eyes and her favorite part about teaching is when you get to watch a child learn and execute a new skill. When she is not working, she enjoys working with animals and riding horses.

Andrea

Andrea has been a Goddard Teacher since 2020! She has achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Literacy, Learning, & Leadership from the University of Arizona. She has been working with children in a variety of capacities since 2018. Her favorite part about working with children is getting to see each child grow and grasp new concepts. Summer is her favorite time of year because she loves the warm weather and going on vacation with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends & family and boating/wake surfing on Lake Sammamish.
Ash

Ash has been a Goddard Teacher since 2024! They have 3+ years of experience working with children as a camp counselor, life guard, and swim instructor. Their favorite part about working with children is getting to playing and build relationships. Summer is their favorite season because they get to swim, hike, explore the outdoors, and enjoy the wonderful weather. Outside of work, they enjoy live music, being outside, and spending time with friends.
Breanna

Breanna has experience working with children for the past 3+ years as an assistant teacher, paraprofessional, and nanny. She enjoys working with children because of how happy they are and how amazing it is to watch them grow. The best part about teaching for Breanna is seeing the children learn new things each day. Her favorite time of year is Summer because the sun is out and the water is warm. Outside of work she enjoys boating, playing at the lake, and shopping!
Emma

Emma has been a Goddard Teacher since 2023! Emma has been a seasonal employee for us but is excited to now be on our year-round teaching team! She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Seattle Pacific University. She enjoys working with children because she loves watching them form connections with their peers. She also values making sure our families know their children are safe and valued. Fall is her favorite time of year because it is so cozy! Outside of work, Emma enjoys drawing, playing piano, and going to concerts.
Sheri

Sheri has been a Goddard Teacher since 2008! She has been a lead teacher in several of our classrooms throughout the years. She currently also functions as the school's Nutrition Coordinator. She has over 25 years of experience working with toddlers in a variety of settings. She is excited to provide and help teach healthy choices for the children in our care. Her favorite color is blue. She loves all seasons and the sights, smells, and sounds that come with each one. In her free time she enjoys photography, sewing, reading, and cross-stitch.
